1. The platform

RideCircle is a community platform that helps riders discover, create and join motorcycle rides. We facilitate connections — we do not organize, supervise or conduct rides ourselves.

2. Riding is at your own risk

Motorcycling carries inherent risk. By joining or hosting a ride you accept full responsibility for your own safety, your vehicle's condition, your licensing and insurance, and compliance with all traffic laws. RideCircle is not liable for accidents, injuries, losses or disputes arising from rides arranged on the platform.

3. Account rules

One account per person, accurate information, no impersonation. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to display it on the platform. No unlawful, hateful, or infringing content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Organizer responsibilities

Organizers must describe rides honestly, set realistic difficulty ratings, and communicate changes or cancellations promptly.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the platform.
